AXREC (Erik Heusch) Erik was born in 1980 Leipzig and grew up in a time of historical and social changes and technological milestones. Very early he discovered his passion for sound and music. His first contact with instruments where caused by his grandmother who gave him a „Triola“ and later an accordion. So he began to get sounds out of everything with black and white keys. With his first PC a Commodore C64 he startet working with music from electrons. Furthermore influenced by the upcoming „Techno & House“ movements, he choose his path of destiny and this kind of sound. No Black, no Rock just real electronic music from house to minimal with no definite category to be put into. His sound is unique, experimental, never without a melodic touch and never a total house, electro, techno or minimal track. He combines styles to create his mood effecting music. After years of doing his work just for friends and for himself he decided to rise to publicity. In 2010 he found "decksharks" to be the perfect partner to work with. And that‘s the story, that has just begun.
